To create our experience outline we worked as a team to come up with what our goals are for the project. We identified the following goals:
- Create an experience that gives educators the opportunity to ensure they meet student learning needs.
- Create a relevant and engage experience for educations.
-Through out experience educators with explore relevant tools that have real world applications in their teaching
When we first met it we struggled to choose and experience we all thought would be useful in our education because our current positions are vastly different. We very quickly agreed that we were tired to making traditional lesson plans for students, this very quickly helped us realize that we wanted to do something different.
Teachers so often focus more of their energy on their students education that they forget to focus on their own continuing education. The goal of our experience is to walk educators from the basics to the more advanced programs that are offered through Google Suite.
Google for Educators is broken down into four blocks: The Basics, Beyond the Basics, Advanced Basics, and Final Project. Each block incorporates an introduction and they works through preselected google suite tools and assigns projects that provide educators with a chance to explore what google suites has to offer.

One of the biggest struggles every group has to go through is selecting the topic but once you get through that, the collaboration is so worth the discussion to select the topic.
